Spiders! Spiders everywhere. They crawl all over the corpses of the fallen. The flesh, which is useless to them is left to rot or worse used by their masters. THe undead rise and the ranks of House R'Van increase.

We will find you they say. We will find you and you will be our slaves for eternity...

Their bodies writhed in agony, torn between moments of absolute sensory overload where the pain was so complete that all feeling transformed into a sound and moments of utter stillness when existance is little more than dreading the next breath. They were the trophies of a victorious house, living ornaments, monuments to fools and their dillusions of granduer. They would never die, they were the immortally damned. House R'Van stood tall and proud knowing that they are the rock and the waves of time would smash all that opposed them against their eternal might.

Plans within plans. How will this dark comedy turn out, as long as we laugh loudest who cares? I care.

Our visit to this land is a complex and unique experience. This story has soo much more to tell, so much more to corrupt. Are we to corrupters or the corrupted? So, far we are the latter. Half our party fell to the dark ones and one of our greatest heroes ( jocolor ) fell from grace in these nameless halls that we call "The land below".

The battle is joined!

The Gnomes of Mirav pour into the streets of Grimlo and blood runs unfettered as the Goblin and Orc slaves ofHouse R'Van, unleashed to massacre the people of the town, enter mortal combat. The Heroes of the surface split, as is always their custom. Darius takes to the air on his flying broom and begins a downpour of water thats acts as a conduit of his arcing lightning. Talis blesses the gnome warriors with the approval of Indra before he and Jubei start a ritual of water of their own. Sinn leads the rest of the party towards the crucifixes erected just outside of town, hoping that Diachi was there.

Lightening strikes twice as predicted by The Sword Prince. As Darius circles the battle, light tears through the air and strikes him like an arrow and is trailed by a fireball that leaves him unconcious and plummeting to the ground. As Sinn draws near the crucifixes he is engaged by the Drow's pet Troll. He ducks the creature's savage blow and runs past it which confuses the monster until Jayden Blacktalon plows into it and it finds a worthy opponent. The two beast fight, Troll and half-Orc, slave and hero. Sinn sees that the crucified are guarded and begins to fill his enemies with arrow after arrow with one word on his lips, Diachi.

The sound of lightening fills the air yet again as the Troll, drenched by Jubei's water, is struck by the fury of the storm. The creature tosses Jayden aside and charges Talis. Even as the heroes fought their little skirmishes the Gnomes of Mirav, driven by the power of the vedic war god, avenge their fallen allies. Sinn begins the free the prisoners and inquires after his companion. None know of his wearabouts and he runs off into the town to find him. Those freed and able to fight grab weapons from the Marksman's victims and charge into battle with the Troll.

Jayden and Talis both back away from the brutish Troll, wounded and fatigued. Talis uses his divine powers and envelopes his allies and the prisoners in a circle of healing. The green creature regenerates his wounds and bellows a roar of challenge. Jayden answers it with a charge driven by his Orcish berserk strength, his almost brainless valor, and the Valkyrie within the Sword of Gwen. He impacts with the creature and erupts through the other side. The creature lay broken and twitching. THe cheers of victory are cut short by the magic attacks of the waiting and watching Drow commander, a cleric of some power.

The next battle is joined as Dirgle's fireball elliminates five Drow warriors in a firey instant. The cleric doubles in size and casts a spell that is easily devoured by Spellbreaker. Jubei forces his Potion of Giant Strength down Talis' throat and the giant Drow and Giant Powered surface Elf enter an epic combat. Those that were not there in person only remember small bits, moments of epic swordplay and a monstrous whip used by a dominatrix's practiced hand, two tired and wounded clerics healing themselves, and the Drow cursing her self in the name of her mother the Matron of House R'Van and exploding in a shower of magical spiders... one final kiss for Talis.

... in the end the field belonged to the Gnomes and their suface allies. But the war has just started. The momentum has picked up and it can't be allowed to slow for if R'Van is able to bring it forces to bear. ALL.IS.LOST!

That was hot but where the hell did I go or am I on the crucifix. If it is that I was captured by these filthy drow, Sinn..." Save ME!!!!" lol. Nah, stand tall Sinn, rain your arrows down upon them and let them have a taste of what we elves are trained to do. And if it is that I stayed behind, it is only because I was overwhelmed by a feeling, a feeling of danger for the one I love. It is hard to explain but I know that Yuki(If I remember correctly that was her name) have a special connection that cannot be separated. I sometimes feel her presence next to me even though she's thousands of miles away from me, because that is the bond we share."I will see you again my love." (THIS WAS A DRAMATIZATION MADE UP, BUT SINCE I HAVEN'T BEEN THERE TO PLAY FOR A WHILE, I WOULD USE THIS TO GO TOWARD ROLE PLAYING IF POSSIBLE.)

This was made possible by Naiilo "the god king". "ROAR...... Lion Heart"

Well Daichi, when Sinn left the Drow Tower you stayed behind outside to get a lay of the land and possible determine whether a poison could be made from the mushrooms grown by the Gnomes. This left you in a perfect position to witness the Drider force taking the tower. You were torn try to save the others or warn Sinn. Unfortunately your sence of heroism, given to you by The Godking himself, and you knew what had to be done.

When you entered Grimlo the Gnomes were wary of you, not sure if you were friend or foe, but ignoring the language barrier you used pictures and sound effects to tell them of the incoming attack. You tried to heighten your senses, because you always try in every game!, but it didn't help. THe Gnome evacuated the town and showed you to an underground cave that could house them. There you waited. When you returned, Grimlo was burning and those that stayed behind were all but whiped out but overall you saved the people of grimlo.

Then you tried to Heighten your senses again...

Hardy har har. I tried to heighten my senses my ass. So do I know if these mushrooms would be able to make a poison or aid in making a poison. Also, now that I have seen grimlo burnt to the ground, is it safe to move and possibly find sinn or is it safe to lead the people away from this destruction. If not, I would want to attempt and put all my skills to use in helping them to safety.

Actually you arrive a little after the big battle. The Gnomes of Grimlo, Mirav and The Town with No Name are united. You and Sinn have a heart felt secret reunion that I will keep off this forum for censorship reasons and the 50 Gnome warriors have swelled to nearly 200. Most of the force are untrained Militia but they have been stirred up and they are only willing to stop fighting for one purpose, Freedom.

A weak poison that can hinder one's ability 'to hit' can be made from the mushrooms and some goodies found in a healing kit.

Stop fronting, you probably tried to Heighten your senses before you posted... weirdo.
